WATCH: Duterte Says De Lima Has A New Boyfriend Named “Warren,” Insists Viral Video Not Fake

President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday alleged that Senator Leila De Lima has a new boyfriend named “Warren” in a press conference held at the Rizal Hall in Camp Geronimo Cabrera, Taytay, Rizal.

According to Duterte, De Lima’s current boyfriend, a certain “Warren,” who he said is an employee of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

“Now, De Lima has a new boyfriend. The first name is Warren. The job of Warren? He is an employee of MMDA. Who told me that? Someone reported me about it. I’ve learned about it from Francis Tolentino, former MMDA chairman,” he said.

Duterte, however, said Warren had no involvement in illegal drugs.

“What is really sad for this country, here is a woman, posturing herself to be a crusader for good government but because she cannot control her immorality. After all, to the credit of De Lima, she is legally annulled, like me. We are both annulled,” Duterte said.

Meanwhile, Duterte also said that the senator’s alleged viral photo, a screengrab from De Lima’s viral video circulating online, “is not photoshopped.”

“De Lima was mad because I caught her in the act. Everything has been made public, even her misbehavior in bed, everything. That is not photoshop,” Duterte added.

The president also alleged that De Lima’s lover, Ronnie Palisoc Dayan, intentionally took the photo of him with De Lima and the latter was aware about it.

“The guy (Dayan) did that intentionally and she (De Lima) gave her consent. You can see it from the angle. The front camera is shot in one angle. You can see from the angle that it is intentional,” he said.

The lady senator earlier denied that she it not the woman on the photo circulating online.
