Robert Blair Carabuena, a resourcing supervisor at Philip Morris International, was caught on video by TV5 network producers while mauling a Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic enforcer identified as Saturnino Fabros. The incident took place at Capitol Hills Drive corner Tandang Sora in Quezon City on Saturday.

“Nagpa-Go ako dito kanina, sila naman dumiretso, tapos nung sinabihan ko bakit sila dumiretso, sila pa nagalit. Yun na, bumaba na sila, sinapak ako,” said Fabros.

The video became viral and netizens condemned his actions.
