Flower Festival popularly known as Panagbenga Festival is a month-long annual flower national festival in summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio City. The term ‘Panagbenga‘ is of Malayo-Polynesian origin, meaning “season of blooming.”

Panagbenga 2012 Festival was launched on November 14, 2011 with the theme “Community Convergence for a Sustainable Tourism Growth”. The festival will officially open on February 1, Wednesday, with a grand opening program at 7:00 a.m. at the Panagbenga Park along Military Cut-off Loop, to be followed by the Drum and Lyre parade and competition.
