Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 Found in Maldives

Residents of a remote island in Maldives, Kuda Huvadhoo, claimed they saw a plane at 6:15 a.m. local time on March 8 that could have been the missing Malaysia Airlines Fligh MH370.

In a report by a local newspaper, eyewitnesses said they saw “a jumbo jet,” white with red stripes across it, flying low and very loudly. The description of a big airplane in those colors is compared with the Malaysian Boeing 777.

The report also said that some of the residents of Kuda Huvadhoo, in Dhaalu Atoll, said they saw a white aircraft with red stripes flying so low over the island the plane’s doors were clearly visible.

‘I’ve never seen a jet flying so low over our island before. We’ve seen seaplanes, but I’m sure that this was not one of those. I could even make out the doors on the plane clearly.

‘It’s not just me either, several other residents have reported seeing the exact same thing. Some people got out of their houses to see what was causing the tremendous noise too,’ one of the witnesses said.

Satellite data suggests that the last “ping” received from Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 somewhere close to the Maldives and the US naval base on Diego Garcia.
