A poodle-shih tzu mix named “Tonik” is up for adoption in Indiana after an animal welfare group took him in from a Kentucky kill shelter.
The 2-year-old dog with resemblance to a human face became popular after his photos posted via Petfinder.com
“Tonik is great with other dogs. He is not dangerous, but should not be placed with young children because he will get too overwhelmed.
He will need a home with lots of patience & good energy. His approximate birth date is 02/01/11 and he weighs 11 pounds.”
“His adoption donation is $250 and needs to be cash, cashier’s check or money order,” the ad said.
