Last night we went to Mall of Asia to watch A Very Special Love the movie starring Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz. It may sound “Baduy”, but i don’t really care at all. Actually we bought two tickets to also watch The Mummy Part 3. A movie marathon last night!
The movie of Sarah and John Lloyd was actually not a boring type of Pinoy movie. The typical story between the rich guy and poor girl again proved an effective story line. Sarah’s acting was surprisingly very good. The 20-year old singer actress proved that she can also act aside from singing. She’s so natural. John Lloyd made many of the adults so “kilig” inside the movie house and not the young ones =)
I seldom watch Filipino films in theaters (only in DVD’s) , but i personally recommend A Very Special Love the movie. Very entertaining!
The romantic comedy movie was directed by the 2007 Box Office Director Cathy Garcia-Molina. Shown in Manila on July 30.

i watched thsi already with my cousin. ayun… kinilig din ako. at napaiyak pa… ewan ko, hobby ko na yatang umiyak kapag about love ang story.
ang nakakatawa pa nito: ung katabi kong lalaki sa sinehan (na hindi ko naman kilala) eh pahid din ng pahid ng luha nya. he’s so weird ha. para bang affected na affected sya sa issue nina sarah at john lloyd. hahaha!

Ray may ngiti sa labi paglabas hahahaha. Buti na lang walang nagsabunutan nung nanuod kami. Tsismisan meron ang ingay at paa sa gilid ng upuan hahahaha

naghihilahan ng buhok ung mga students…hahah kce ung isa nagtatago s buhok ng kasama nya kce un s scenes nila ng muntik ng makis ni jlc si sarah nung 2log sya….e un..nhihila nya ung buhok…so ung isa gumanti, hnila rin buhok nya….haha tawa nga ako s knila…
I’m back. halo uli. kahit di romantic na guy, talagang gaganahan d2 bro. like i said kung di sa istorya dun sa atmosphere ng sinehan. ang sarap pakinggan nung cheers ng mga tao! parang may big game na alam mo na kung sino panalo pero enjoy na enjoy mo pa rin ung laro. talagang stress reliever. sabi nga nung isang reviewer, better than Prozac. I say, way way better. naks!
Congrats sa movie tsaka sa lahat ng bumuo! Esp John Lloyd & Sarah G truth is, ngayon lang din ako nag-enjoy ng todo sa isang Tagalog film, tas rom-com pa ka’mo! Lupet pare

Honestly, if i personally know the cast of the movie, mas nahihirapan ako mag-react sa story. Just like sa Aga-Anne movie. This time, first teaser pa lang, natawa na ako. I said to myself “papanuodin ko to!!!” Two days before I watched it, I was with Sarah, and that was also the third time she asked “Ate napanuod mo na?”, eh di mas lalo ako na-excite panuodin, and in all fairness sobrang sumakit ang panga and tiyan ko kakatawa.
The story is light, common ika nga, pero the best ang bagsak ng mga lines and sagutan, yun ang nagdala sa story not to mention JLC & SG’s acting na soooo natural! Silang sila!
Sulit ang P160 na bayad sa sine… nila! Di ba Ambo?
Sexy Eyes sulit na sulit talaga e kasama kita nanuod hahahaha. Honestly, tulad ng sinabi ni Sancho highly recommended talaga ang movie. Cheers!

Uy guys, di ‘to pang DVD, pang BIG SCREEN TALAGA TO! kung di mo man type ung premise, mag-eenjoy KA SA MGA TAO SA LOOB NG SINEHAN!!! HAHA. KAKATUWA SILANG LAHAT. IBANG LEVEL KUNG MAG-REACT SA HALOS LAHAT NG SCENES FROM START TO FINISH! may sumisipol, may naluluha, may tumatawa pero mas madaming naghihiyawan at palakpakan pa to the maxxx nung natapos ung iba. haha. Tsaka nakita ko si lolo at si lola, all shapes and sizes nandun na ata, lakas ng dating ng film, iba ung effect sa manonood. panood ko this weekend at ang habaaaaaaang pila! plano ko na ngang mag-back out na, nood na lang ulit dark knight nang may nakita akong lumabas from the previous showing na kinareer talaga ung ‘SUN DANCE’ dun pa man din sa escalator! Talagang maganda ung film. May bigat, i agree, that moment between John Lloyd and his dad was very moving.. i almost felt like crying. haha. misses by family, my old man, musta na kaya yun? SRO ung sinehan. (standing-room only po) buti na lang maaga ako noh, haha. amusing talaga ung crowd. sabi nga nung isang nagbibigay ny ticket, parang may laban si Pacquiao ah. haha
perfect date, family, feel-good movie to. kung me nililigawan ka, ilibre mo lahat ng barkada niya w/ this film, sigurado sasagutin ka nun!! at ma-eenjoy mo tawa ng date mo. hehe
pero seriously, sa tanang buhay ko ngayon lang ako nakapunta screening ng isang Pinoy film na sobrang tuwa mga audience paglabas pakanta kanta pa nung love theme, iba yung dala, magaan sa pakiramdam, nakatatanggal ng pagod, mahihimasmasan kang talaga
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! para sa mga jaded lalo na
o,daming naisulat. tuwa c brod mac daming supporters crush niya. i agree cute na cute na cute sarah dito. maganda daw talaga in person ung bata tsaka supernice (uy mac..) kaya sobrang ang daming supporters na gagawing blockbuster talaga ung pelikula. natural na natural umarte. walang keme. ang sarap ngang ulitin, oh sinong payag maging ka-date ko?? JOkE!
BASTA PANOORIN NIYO. prinomote ba, oh hayan broder mac, saya mo na cguro ngaun no, mukhang magiging box-office queen idol mo, hehe, haba neto.. lupet kc kumiliti ung moviee, perfect tumayming sa comedy nung leading lady at kahit umiiyak, tinatawanan ng audience ung scene niya. panoorin niyo na lang kung why.. I’ve heard so many good reviews about this movie. And quite frankly, I love the trailers! I love the acting of Sarah and ang cute cute niya talaga sa movie na ito! Also, she’s so sexy but very wholesome! =]
Hopefully, I can find time to watch this. Mas okay sana if may kasama ako, pero wala kasi siya dito sa Cebu! Hahaha!
