Actress Kaye Abad is now engaged to her boyfriend Paul Jake Castillo in front of their close friends on Tuesday, May 17.
The wedding proposal happened during a surprise birthday party for Abad at a helipad atop a high-rise building in Alabang.
In a video posted by Darla Sauler on Youtube, the former PBB housemate was seen asking Tabing Ilog star for her to marry.
“We started off as friends tapos naging partner in crime kita, best friend, tapos hindi mo talaga napigilan at ginawa mo akong boyfriend. Now I’d like to seal it,” he said. “Will you marry me?”
Last July, the 34-year-old Abad admitted that she won’t have second thoughts in saying yes if Castillo proposes to her. “Ready na ako, kasi matanda na ako. Kung aarte pa ako, parang sinayang ko na lang rin, ‘di ba?” she said.
