On Sunday, April 17, 2016, Binibining Pilipinas 2016 Grand Coronation Night was held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Six candidates were crowned to compete for the international pageant. Maxine Medina was crowned Miss Universe Philippines, while Kylie Verzosa, Joanna Eden, Jennifer Hammond, Nichole Manalo, and Nicole Cordoves were named as the queens who will represent the country in 5 other international pageants this year.
