Miss International 2015 will be held on November 5, 2015 at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan.
Miss International 2014 Valerie Hernandez of Puerto Rico will crown her successor at the end of the event with a new crown created and designed by Mikimoto.
This year, there are 70 candidates competing for the 55th Miss International pageant.
Contestants are expected to serve as the ambassadors of peace and beauty demonstrating tenderness, benevolence, friendship, beauty, intelligence, ability to take action, and a great international sensibility.
