Dial-up, DSL or Wi-Fi?

I am enjoying DSL service for my internet connection at home for 3 years now. In my experience, this is the most reliable service rather than using Dial-up service.
But do you know that i’ve used Dial-up connections before? When i started my internet connection in our new home, i decided to use Dial-up while waiting for my DSL application. I guess most of you have lost your patience while using the service, but if your budget only suits for this service, why not. Dial-up loses my temper every time i open up an email. Imagine, checking emails eat a lot my time. Downloading mp3’s, videos even a simple website like Yahoo and Google takes a lot of time.
Thank God that we finally moved to DSL service and we practically used our Voip Phone Service by Vonage. Now, things a lot easier and cheaper. Personally, if you’re planning to get an internet connection, get your own DSL connection service nearest you.
Actually, i am planning again to try the Wi-fi service at home, but since we are using Linksys router, i think the service is almost the same. I can bring my laptop anywhere in our home. I know things change, i still consider Wi-fi connection is the best among all the internet connection, especially and technically when it comes to speed. And i need to compare Fon WiFi and Boingo for an ISP without wires instead of using Vonage service.
Finally, whatever service you choose i’ve mentioned above, good thing they’re all available and it will not eat much of your budget. Just choose and think what’s really best for you. Just like me!

In the province puede ba gamit ng laptop even no phoneline?
Saakin DSL nalang. Ang dami kasi establishments and malls na nag-oofer ng free wifi so you really don’t have a problem when you leave home with your laptop.

hay naku, nakalbo yata ako sa sobrang bagal ng dial up service na yan. true DSL is much faster pero unreliable pa rin ang service dito sa pinas. I’m thinking of switching providers anytime soon.
di ba raket ‘to ambo?
