On deeper sense, any individual suspect for terrorism is no free at all. They will be able to collect information from banks, telecommunications such as texting (sms), even picture messaging (mms), calls, or emails without due notice. They can do this when investigating suspected terrorist. Sounds like invasion of privacy?
The Human Security Act of 2007 or the known Anti-terrorism Law takes place on July 15, 2007.
