The X Factor UK has come to an end. The winner this year was crowned to James Arthur. The 24-year-old singer beat Jahmene Douglas to get the title in front of a 10,000-strong audience at Manchester Central.

Last night, Christopher Maloney was announced third place while the remaining final two, Jahmene and James had the chance to perform two songs during the two-hour live shows Sunday night, December 9.

The X Factor UK has eliminated the eight contestant from the show on Sunday night, November 25.

The latest eliminated act from The X Factor UK 2012 Week 8 was Rylan Clark.

Hots, Dermot O’Leary revealed that Rylan Clark and boy group Union J got the lowest public votes and would have to perform again.

In the sing off, Clark was first up with his save me song and performed “Wires” by Athlete while Union J performed Snow Patrol’s hit song “Run.”
