Returning contestant Pauline Agupitan dubbed as the ‘Belter Sister ng Batangas’ is the new Tawag Ng Tanghalan winner of It’s Showtime on Thursday, May 26.

The teary-eyed Agupitan earned a standing ovation from the judges and audience of the show after performing her version of “May Bukas Pa” by Lani Misalucha.
Agupitan will be back tomorrow to defend her title after defeating the defending champion Joy Amamio from Davao with ‘One Moment In Time” by Whitney Houston.
Last January, the 15-year-old singer won the daily rounds of the competition with her incredible performances of Beyonce’s “Listen” and Celine Dion’s “All By Myself.”
She defeated the 5-time defending champion Dominador Alviola Jr. but lost to 23-year-old Chrisel Joy dela Cruz challenger from Davao.
