Albay Governor Bans PBB 737 after Barbie Imperial’s Eviction

Albay Governor Joey Salceda expressed his disappointment to the results of ABS-CBN reality show “Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) 737,” where Barbie Imperial dubbed as “Doll Along the Riles ng Albay” became the first housemate to be eliminated held last Friday night, July 3, 2015.

In his Facebook post, Salceda has been vocal his support to the 16-year-old Imperial.

He said: “Yung lahat ng TV sa bahay pina-off ko muna.”

“I just don’t relish rituals of faked sympathies. So much plastic in that program. Barbie deserves to be treated better. Their loss, our gain. Banned muna ang PBB till the other Albayano is to be defended,” he added.

Salceda was referring to Thomas Franco Rodriguez, a 16-year-old student, from the province.

During her stay in the Big Brother house, Imperial created buzz after she figured in a feud with fellow housemate Kamille Filoteo.

Bailey May from UK, also confessed to having feelings for Imperial though they’ve only been together for a few weeks.

On June 10, 2015, days before the official reveal, Salceda exposed the identity of Imperial whom he claims is a friend, and a favorite majorette from Daraga, Albay. One of the rules of the show is that the housemates’ identity should not be revealed before the show begins.
