For the first time, no artist will represent Team Sarah Geronimo to the final rounds of The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2.
On Sunday, Team Sarah’s Zephanie Dimaranan and Kyle Echarri were eliminated during the semi-final rounds of the competition. The two young artists received the lowest number of votes from the public while the four young artists from the teams of Lea Salonga and Bamboo Manalac – Reynan Dal-Anay, Esang De Torres, Sassa Dagdag and Elha Nympha — garnered the most number of public votes, securing their slots in the competition’s finals next weekend.
Despite the results, Sarah took to Twitter and thank those who supported her team from the start of the show.
Salamat po sa sumusuporta sa #TeamSarah! Zephanie and Kyle, thank you for inspiring us. God bless you both. May the most deserving kid win!

Meanwhile, Echarri and Dimaranan also send their gratitude to the Pop Princess.
On Instagram, Echarri said: “Coach Sarah inspired us to continue reaching our dreams & to never give up. Thank you to everyone who supported me & Zephanie @kylesters_main @popsters25 & all other fandoms. We remain blessed & grateful.”
Dimaranan, on the other hand, also thanked Geronimo and her supporters, saying she will not stop until her dreams come true.
In the first season of “The Voice Kids,” Darren Espanto and Lyca Gairanod, both mentored by Geronimo, made it to the final rounds. Gairanod won the title. She was also the mentor of Jason Dy, winner of “The Voice of the Philippines” Season 2.
The grand finals of the The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2 is scheduled on August 29 and 30.
