A video of a blind girl singing Miley Cyrus’s hit song “Wrecking Ball” is making rounds via social networking sites this week.
Her name is Joyce Jimenez, a Grade 5 student from Bgy. Luzon in Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental, Philippines.
In the viral video, the blind girl is seen singing the Cyrus hit. Holding a microphone in one hand and appears to be reading braille with the other while performing.
The video already had almost 12,000 likes and 7000 shares on Facebook.
“Wrecking Ball” is a song performed by American recording artist Miley Cyrus for her fourth studio album, Bangerz (2013). It was released on August 25 by RCA Records as the second single from the album.
It reached number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, becoming her first number one hit in the U.S.
