Janelee Chaparro from Puerto Rico was crowned winner of Miss Grand International 2013 held in Bangkok, Thailand on November 19, 2013.
Chaparro beat other 70 candidates from all over the world. The 1st runner-up was awarded to Dominican Republic Chantel Martínez, while the second runner-up was Slovak Republic Denisa Paseciakova. Other winners include: Philippines Annalie Forbes (3rd) and Australia Kelly Louise Maguire (4th).

The winner will get an impressive $30,000 cash award and an apartment in Bangkok during her year of reign. She will also participate in various events related to the ‘Stop the War’ campaign at an international level.
