Gary Barlow: James wow again, it wasn’t just the performance of a great singer or a great artist, it was the performance of someone who wnats to win this competition. Incredible, great artistry. It was just brilliant… well done.

Louis Walsh: Every week you bring something new. You are a dark intense performer.

Tulisa Contostavlos: That is how you take an old school classic and make it modern. You are one of the most current, relevant performers in this competition. I think you have an urban edge and I want to see more of that.
