IMAX Theater in SM North Edsa is one of the most awaited technological advancements in the Philippines. The grand opening of the newest facility will be on July 16, 2009.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
with exclusive IMAX 3D scenes
As Harry Potter begins his 6th year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, he discovers an old book marked mysteriously “This book is the property of the Half-Blood Prince” and begins to learn more about Lord Voldemort’s dark past.

same lang ng price ang imax moa at imas north edsa. 400 pesos.

so iguess yung opening sewunce lang ang 3d.
Good to know na may IMAX na rin sa QC, pero the one at SM North uses digital projection and has a smaller screen than that sa SM MOA, at isa pa, maraming reklamo sa net about the inferiority of this digital format compared to the original film-based IMAX. But still, it’s up to the local viewers here to judge.

yung sa MOA po kasi when i watched Transformers worth 400.00 am not sure if IMAX North has the same price.
Hmmm. Anong part kaya ng Harray potter ang naka-3d? Pero ang layo naman namin sa Manila, pagtyagaan ko n lang yung Harry Potter dito. =)

whats with this imax ba at maraming nahuhumaling na manood dito..sobra kasing mahal ng ticket…pareho lang naman ang papanoorin mo compare sa ibang cinema.
well sana nga hindi mahal ang ticket compare sa SM MOA
I guess mas mura sa North but let’s just wait and see. Minsan lang try mo kahit mahal mag eenjoy ka Bro. I watched Superman and other movies exciting manood.
