American actor, model and the star of supernatural drama television series “Vampire Diares” Ian Somerhalder was spotted in El Nido, Palawan on Sunday afternoon for Penshoppe photo shoot. According to media reports, Somerhalder arrived in Manila on Saturday, May 19. The actor has been tapped to endorse the clothing line in the country.

In his latest tweets on Monday morning, Somerhalder expressed awe at the beautiful sights he has seen so far in Palawan. It was also reported that he rode the jeepney, the most popular mode of public transportation in the Philippines, ABS-CBN reports.
