Claudine Barretto was seen crying and fuming mad in a video report by GMA-7 yesterday on “24 Oras” news program.

According to the report, the actress went to Union Bank in Quezon Avenue with her laywer to withdraw some money, but it wasn’t already available said Atty. Agnes Maranan. The reporter tried to ask Claudine about the situation but she said, “Tanungin niyo na lang ‘yung lawyer ko, please.”

Atty. Maranan spoke to “24 Oras” and said, “Draw your own conclusions pero the timing, ‘no…It was withdraw at the time we were here asking to withdraw it. We were here for more than 30 minutes. I was able to confirm from the teller that the funds were still there; and then suddenly, about 40 minutes or 30 minutes later, wala na ‘yung funds.”

Allegedly, around P5 million has been missing in Claudine’s joint bank account with husband Raymart Santiago. Reports said the amount was taken via “inter-bank withdrawal” by her husband on the same day.

There were also reports that Claudine had a fight and physical confrontation with her husband. The actress, however, declined to give a statement while Raymart could not be reached for comment at the time of the report.
