Charice Pempengco made a special appearance at the Ellen Degeneres Show today. Her own version of the songs…
…and wowed the audience and Ellen herself quoted, “It is one of the most incredible performances I’ve ever seen”, she was given a standing ovation for her performance
Charice was one of the winners of Little Big Star, a singing contest sponsored by ABS-CBN in the Philippines. Winning the third place last 2005 competition made herself the future singing sensation superstar of the Philippines. No doubt, an international star too!

Siguro hindi niya kilala si BANIG pero dapat makita niya kung gano kagaling si BANIG and hopefully take after BANIG’s style kasi ibang iba. Si Charice meron pagka bakya and fobbish. Sorry..naging parang Chinese siya at ginawa niyang kawawa and Pilipinas nung sinabi nya kay Ellen na amazed siya at may tall buildings sa US. I dont think she’s smart but good voice. More practice needed too.

hindi ko sya masyadong nagustuhan during the ABS-CBN contest kase nga mas focused ako dun sa mga mas maliliit na contenders. kako mejo mas may edad sya kesa dun sa mga bulingetong. kaya nung makita ko sya sa youtube (via reynz side bar) singing at the KBS show, I didn’t recognized her until my wife told me who she really is.
I was wowed at first sight. hahaha! ang galing ng batang yan. sana magtuloy-tuloy ang career nya at sana alagaan ng mga big networks. baka mapabayaan lang in the long run e ang laki ng potentials.

biased kase ako sa mga child contests na ganyan. ang lagi kong sinasabi, mas matanda kase kaya natural lang na mas malaki ang edge sa mga mas malilit.
but she really wowed me nung makita ko syang nag-guest sa korea. siguro if i had known na sya pala si charice from the contest before, i may not give her a second look. but i’m really glad i didn’t remember her name and give the video a try. ang galing nya.. paulitulit kong pinanood yung video hanggang makulili ako. hanggang ngayon pinapaulit-ulit ko parin dahil tinitingnan ko kung saang part sya ng kanta humihinga. hahaha.
nga pala, ginamit ko yung video nya for the pinay scandal post. ayun, hit na hit parin hanggang ngayon.

And what’s really exciting to her, her performance. Yung pahagis hagis nya ng mike at palakad lakad nya hahaha. Magaling dumiskarte ang batang to kaya no wonder kung malayo ang mararating. Good thing, she speaks well in English. Amf, showbiz tayo parekoy hahaha.
