ABS-CBN news reporter Atom Araullo got the chance to interview Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach during the live airing of the morning show Umagang Kay Ganda on Wednesday.
Pia and Atom obviously had fun during the course of their conversation. They talked about Pia’s advocacies, the changes in her life now as Miss Universe and if she has any regrets in life. Atom also asked Pia about love.
The interview ended with Pia asking Atom: “‘Yun lang ba ang itatanong mo Atom?”
The 33-year-old hunky reporter replied with: “Oo ‘yun na lang. Mamaya na ‘yung iba dahil wala ng oras. Tumatakbo ang metro.”
Before leaving the show, Atom gave Pia a bouquet of blue roses and a peck on the cheek. Their photos immediately became viral after their interview.
This is the first time Pia and Atom saw each other after they caught the attention of netizens and the social media which led to the naming of their tandem “PiAtom Loveteam.”
