Arjohn Gilbert, the aeta singing kid discovered in Puregold Pampanga, is set to perform with international singing sensation ‘Charice‘ in her major concert slated in December.

The news was confirmed by Joy Maranan, Arjohn’s manager, in an interview with ABS-CBN News on Tuesday. “Ang sabi ni Charice, magpeperform si Gilbert sa December 2, sa major concert niya,” the manager said.

Arjohn Gilbert became popular after singing Justin Bieber’s hit song ‘Baby’ on YouTube. The video went viral and reached more than a million hits since posting time.

Last August, he received an invitation from Charice via social networking site Twitter, “Arjohn, next time I do my own show in the Philippines, I would like you to come and perform with me,” tweeted Charice.
