Coke Zero or Coca-Cola Zero a new product from Coca-Cola Company brings confusion among soda drinkers. It’s called “Zero” because there’s no sugar or calorie added in it. It was formulated to taste more like regular Coke and it’s made to capture market for male drinkers. It was made according to rumors to compete with Pepsi Max.
So what’s the difference between Diet Coke and Zero? Accidentally, I bought a can of Coke Zero and i don’t taste anything new. It taste like a Diet Coke!
They claim it has the taste of a regular coke. Then i taste it again. Huh! Still taste like the diet version! To my dismay i did an investigation! I asked my nephew to taste it (i covered the can) and he said, “Is it Pepsi”? Arrrrgggghhhh….
Anyway, i don’t care less coz i still prefer the regular one.
How about you?
I prefer regular cola over diet or zero.
But I cut down on it quite a bit.

I would have piced zero or diet if I’m concer about my figure mate.
Just really think there’s nothing beneficial on taking pop. I’d rather spend it on fruit juice - not from concentrate ha.

Haha. It wasn’t formulated to compete with Pepsi Max since Coke Zero was already out 3 years ago in other countries like US and Canada. It was just marketed here now.
Anyway, about the taste. I still prefer the regular coke. Zero isn’t really tasty, but damn our costume looks cool! Haha.

Di naman sa paninira sa Coke ano pero I guess they are talking about Aspartame, an artificial sugar way much sweeter that glucose. According to my teacher (hugas kamay, hehe), a study in the US found out na Aspartame can lead to problems in the nervous system in huge and accumulated amounts. Pero madedetoxify mo naman daw to by not taking in Aspartame..
By the way, Aspartame is used in almost all “Diet” drinks (check the can, diba may asterisk yan e.g. *Aspartame) kasi nga they also know the risk.
So if you can’t help it, drink regular coke. Otherwise, tubig. Hehe.

i don’t anymore drink sodas because it is toxic to the body. Just a nutritional fact: an 8oz soda is made of water, carbon dioxide, 6 teaspoons of sodium and 9 teaspoons of sugar. it will take a month before you finally get rid of the sodium in your body. you need six 8oz more of water to fully dilute the sodium in the softdrink. hehe nanakot ba?

hi Ambo. i also featured Coke Zero kasi naaliw ako sa packaging. hehe. then i asked a friend who’s really a big Coke fan. batang musmos pa lang sya, Coke na ang dumadaloy sa dugo nya. my friend told me na magkalasa lang ang Coke Light and Coke Zero. mas malakas pa rin ang lasa ng Orig Coke so it can’t be compared to Zero. tapos pag tinignan mo ingredients ng Coke Light and Zero, pareho lang. ang verdict, kahit ano pa mang klase ng Coke ang lumabas, Coke adik pa rin ang kaibigan ko. yun lang po. :wink:

Hmmmm it doesn’t taste like Pepsi. And even doesn’t taste like Pepsi Max No Sugar. I like the taste of Pepsi Max.
I personally doesn’t like the taste the Cola Diet, and all of the diet sodas. It tastes like water, for me :)
