The winner of this special Voters’ raffle will be drawn during the Awarding Ceremonies of the 2008 Philippine Blog Awards this coming Sunday, 21 September 2008, at One Esplanade. However, even if the winner of this Voters’ raffle cannot attend the Awards Night, it’s ok. We can just arranged something with you after the event.
