For example making money by Google Adsense is not a matter of mere placing the code on your blog’s template. It should be carefully studied and there are things to consider to hit the target.
Paid review is one way to make money online. There are a lot of opportunities available everywhere. I will discuss each in the next topic on this blog.

I need a portable laptop. I blog and always on the go. What would you recommend?
One of the important tools that a blogger must have is - a notebook. This is very essential especially for a blogger on the road.
For bloggers always on the move, i would recommend the Asus Eee 4G-Galaxy 7″ PC Mobile Internet Device. The only problem is you’ll need to get a decent-sized USB flash drive or an external USB hard disk to fully exploit its use, but that is just a very cheap price to pay for one of the world’s coolest notebook.
Asus Eee is a perfect portable blogging gadget. I know that open-source operating system savvy like Linux have been calling for a small, cheap alternative for blogging on the road.
The answer has finally come in the form of the Asus EeePC 701. A portable and tough gadget on the road.
I would like to have one soon. How about you?

In my previous post about blogging, i’ve stated few tips on how to start your own blog. I would like to reiterate this topic because of few requests from some readers who are not into blogging. One thing to remember, blogging is not a way to alleviate poverty. Bloggers who make bread and butter from blogging takes a lot of time and patience to achieve it.
In the Philippines, there are bloggers who successfully made money from blogging. If you are aiming more in blogosphere, you don’t need to be a superstar to achieve the way you wanted to.
Let’s go back again to basics. There are free blogging platfroms you can choose from like Wordpress and Blogspot. If you decide for Wordpress, bear in mind that this platform has a limited resources in terms of monetizing your blog. Some scripts are not accepted by some advertisers. On the other hand, Blogspot.com allows Google Adsense on their platform. Adsense is one way in monetizing blog.
As a whole, Blogspot.com gained much interest from novice bloggers while Wordpress.com too because of its user friendly platform.
If you plan to get your own domain name, it’s best to make it short, easy to remember and should be related to your own chosen niche. Then choose a web hosting that suits your budget. There are multiple domain hosting to choose from. Ask a blogger or someone who’s experienced in web hosting. You can use search engines too and try to differentiate each.
One important aspects of starting your own blog should be based on your interest. Stick to it. Choosing your niche is important. If you want to talk about gardening, then write quality article about it. Writing quality contents is important rather than quantity.
By the time you decided creating your blog, you can follow these few tips.

There are many ways to attract comments on your blog, but one thing i’ve noticed, when you talk about sex and money, for sure your post could be a blockbuster hit!
The important key in attracting more comments on your blog is to make your post interesting. Interesting in the sense that it connects “Me and You, You and Me”. In other words, do not write post that looks like talking to yourself. Hey, how about your readers?

I believe that majority of the online community readers are lurkers, i mean they just pass and go, read without leaving a comment. Let’s say 99% belong to the lurkers and 1% are best contributers.
The following are just an observation to get more comments on your post.
1. Like me, i don’t usually read long post unless with substance. In writing your post, make it brief and short. The subject should be clear and avoid flowery words. In reality, there’s nothing wrong in writing long post, but be creative when doing one.
2. Be generous to your readers. Writing all you know in a post is definitely an obvious task of a blogger, but setting aside some of the issues that can be tackled in a comment section is better. If you feel like an expert or let’s say you’re really an expert, do not forget that some of your readers are experts too.
3. Some readers are not familiar with blogs and do not know how to use the comment section. If i were you, inviting comments are very useful.
4. Do not leave your post ends up with nothing. Try leaving questions before and after your post. Setting your readers mind is an effective tool to leave a comment after reading your post.
5. Answer or interact with their comments. I notice that some bloggers leave comments hanging. If you’re in their shoes, how would you feel? Interaction with your readers is an important task of a blogger. If they leave a question, answer them back. If they leave a comment, praise them by saying thank you or that’s a good comment. Remember your answer/interaction makes them feel valuable to you.
6. Lastly, some blogs require you to register before leaving a comment. I seldom do even the topic deserves a comment. Some people like me are lazy in doing that stuff. Some people sets boundaries. Some people do not want their personal information be published. If i were you, make your comment box simple and easy to use.
If you want to add some tips with regards to this topic, just fill up the comment box below.
Hope you like what i’ve shared with you today. Thank you for reading.
Happy Blogging!
