Investment Scams Checklist

This is an article posted in Securities and Exchange Commission website  regarding investment scams.

Offer of high or fantastic earnings on your investments or some business opportunities? Think, examine, and diligently study the offer! If you come across any investment offer by phone, e-mail, flyers, newspaper ads, or directly by any person, or by any other means, you must ask questions to protect yourself and your money…

How? Get the following information: Name of the person and the company making the offer Address of both the person and the company Phone number, particularly the land line. Do not accept cellular phone number(s) — the owner cannot be traced. SEC Registration as an investment taker. Please bear in mind the following: SEC company registration does not grant authority to sell investment instruments, such as securities, bonds, commercial papers, or similar financial instruments.

Important! Do not be tricked or tempted by offers of promissory notes or post-dated checks which will be issued in your favor to allegedly ensure the payment of earnings and the reimbursement of your investments. Only investment houses and financing companies with QB (quasi-banking) license and with SEC registered securities may offer to sell the same to more than 19 investors. Only SEC registered persons (brokers/dealers/sales man) may offer or sell SEC registered securities to the public.”

    a plaesant day to you….

i’m hoping for some attention about issues regarding francswiss investment…i myself is an investor..and would

like to voice out what a hard thing NBI has given to us,…specialy with their corruption on our business…they

saw that there are a lot of people investing so they would like to get this money movement..we along with my

fellow investors and mostly close friends of mine havent experience any misleading about what we are

venturing..infact all the people who shared the business to us became so transparent so we invested at our own

risk,..my main concern here are some tips that i could share…regarding NBI they had took SACKS of money from

ely castillo were this should be deposited to the investors account for their daily interest…the Nbi priced a

bail for 100 million each for ely and warren’s release were there are no verdict yet and still be wanted…NBI

confiscated all their cars,,ely, warren, jomarc’s,climente and other investors vehicles….to name a few are are

mitsubishi evolution 9,mercedes compresor, mazda 3,lincon navigator and many more…the only justice we could see

here is you people at the media..informong the public and some concerned government officials about this Muscle

NBI acts!!!!!i know that this is the reality in our country but we are hoping that this is a start for a new

fight for human rights…additional info….about luxury cars and taxes….R33 autoshop in cubao and ortigas is

one of the sellers who offer very different prices probably due to less tax payment..they got posche lincon lexus

top of the line hybrid cars of dif. names available at their showroom…thay sell it very cheap..and one of the

people there is raymond who says to be a pamangkin of our president….here is his number **********…info

about ruel lasalas of NBI denying harrasments to francswiss investors…i have a girl bestfriend whom his uncle

is now imprissoned bec his case is with this ruel lasalas,my friends uncle paid a lot of money which ruel

insisted to be paid but still end up in prison…tnx for the time pasensya na kung dirediretcho na statement ko i

just want to send this comment asap bec i dont anymore know if i am traced or this message is being

    traced…..tnx again..

To the person who made the above comment.

    1) Francswiss was a scam. It was designed to make money from the investments of the new members. It was so clear. Recruit at least two new members and you get your initial investment back. There will always come a time when the new investments will run dry and the scheme will fail. Take pity on the last investors. It was a good thing that this ended early.

    2) Harassment of the NBI. Do what you have to do. Fight back if you believe that you are the aggrieved party. But let me ask, what are those sackloads of money doing in your officer’s possession. In a legitimate operation, the money is supposed to be in the banking or money market instruments. Money earns every second and having it in the office makes FrancSwiss look very much like a scam.

    You may answer back. Thanks!
