Philippine Top 100 Blogs by Blog Juice

I stumbled at Ms. Janette Toral’s site and found this latest update of Philippine Top 100 Blogs by Blog Juice Calculator. Blog Juice is created by Text Link Ads that bloggers can work and play with.

Blog Juice is more about fun than anything according to Darren Rowser of Problogger.net. It shows how healthy your blog based on nutritional facts. Blog Juice is a combination of all important ingredients like Bloglines Subscribers, Alexa Ranking, Technorati Ranking and Technorati’s Incoming Links.

So how does it work?

Bloglines
The approximate number of Bloglines subscribers. Accounts for 40% of your score.

Alexa
Accounts 15% of your score.

Technorati
Ranking assigned by Technorati, accounts for 30% of your score.

Links
Is the number of your inbound links pulled from Technorati. Accounts 15% of your score.

In my case, Pinoyambisyoso.com scores 4.2 from the overall computation. 10 months of blogging.

Anyway, this is a very interesting listing. I don’t know her but at least the listing that she created (eh kasi andyan ako eh! hehe) doesnt seem to look like a listings of FRIENDS OF HIM or FRIENDS OF HER or BUSINESS PARTNERS OF HIM and all the darn chuvalinga of these bloggers in Manila who are aspring to be some blog authorities or something. I still believe that a lot of them have a lot of credibility problems and the way they try to earn credibility is to shoot down on other Pinoy bloggers. I still cannot forgive them! Grrr to them!!!

hmmmp, kulang ang list niya! ako 4.3 ang blog juice pero wala sa listahan.

tsaka meron din kaming iba-ibang juice sa bahay, kumpleto kami! bakit wala ako dyan? pati nga prune juice umiinom parents ko eh! unfair! LOL

Hi Ambo. Thank you for the link love. I started that list last year although it is hard to track the growing number of blogs. Hopefully it can help provide a different perspective and highlight Pinoy bloggers making great progress with their blogs.

@reyna elena - that list started last July 2007 and have been monitoring the blogs. I am more of a “lift people up” type. Cheers to your high debut in the list.
