I’m a SEC employee for 4 years and 3 months now. and i am an investor of Francswiss, beofre i joined FS, i knew the risk i was taking, i want to earn more money, sino bang hindi gustong kumita?when i invested 50K, i considered that money gone, my fellow investors and i anticipated that if FS will grow, titirahin talaga ito ng gobyerno, kasi nga eh, wala silang tax na makukuha,the company is an offshore investment, so the money of the company is being invested outside the country, the country na maka recieve lang ng taxes from francswiss is singapore and US because doon lang sila nagbi-base. our office(SEC) knew about francswiss noon pa, mga 1st wk. of may pa, pero hindi sila gumawa ng action. why? because maliit pa lang FS community noon eh,they didn’t expect FS to grow, para sa kanila (FS? ano ba yan? magkano ba makukuha natin pera diyan? ang liit2x ng kita niya, wag na natin patulan) eh ngayon na nag boom na ang FS, titrahin na nil kasi kung magco comply FS sa kanila, siyempre, may taxes na sila which means more money to their wallet!
hahayy.. you’re right potato, kaya nga hindi aasenso ang pilipinas kasi mga pinoy Crab mentality pa nga.. unfortunate for us.

from the start we know that online and offshore investments are not regulated by sec thats why francswiss is classified as illegal in the phillippines, but not in US, SINGAPORE, and other countries. companies registering with SEC is NEVER an assurance that the public is totally protected, look what happened to the people who invested in CAP, PACIFIC PLANS, TPG, PLATINUM PLANS, and many companies that shut-down. WHERE THEY ABLE TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC??

I tried to join with this coz, i beleive i will earn.. hindi tyo ipokrito na hindi natin kailangan ang pera, I know the risk na anytime pwede mawala ang pera ko. masyadong naging Bias ang pag sira nila sa Francswiss, masyadong nasingle out. tsk tsk, tama kayo, CRAB MENTALITY na naman ang pinairal ng mga pinoy. wala na talagang pag asa umasenso mga pinoy, CANCER na ng lipunan yan. i had ever been so skeptical with these types of businesses kasi (in my opinion), MLM ay may halong panloloko. Pero when i heard na hindi mo kailangan manghikayat ng ibang tao just to earn money, nag-RISK ako. And ngayon, after mahigit 30days, nabawi ko na pera ko and some people got interested and nag-RISK din. i did not FORCE or ENTICE them to join. i just told them my story and they saw proofs of the benefits i’ve gained. watch GMA7 mamaya to get a balanced view of things. ang mga nagpapasimuno ng mga paninirang ganito ay yun mga local MLM companies din na nauubusan ng investors because they are switching to FS. pero i don’t think that these people will triumph because this is not a traditional business and did not even originate in the Philippines. think of it as investing in the US or Singapore but in the comforts of your home. one question i’d like to share with the people that will leave negative comments – WHY DO YOU HAVE TO ATTACK SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT AFFECT OTHERS BUT BENEFITS THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN IT? for balanced view, this question i post for those networkers in FS – DO NOT RESORT TO BEING GREEDY BY LURING PEOPLE INTO THIS BUSINESS. FS HAS A BIG DIFF WITH LOCAL MLMs. GREED WILL CONSUME US ALL.

Before I invest in Francswiss I already know that it will not last for a long time but considering that it is my money that i invest wala akong paki alam kung malulugi ako or hindi diskarte ko nato no hard feelings..dahil sa napapansin ko ang mga taong naninira sa FS ay mga taong hindi maka pag invest at naai ingit sa kapitbahay nlang naka bili ng bagong appliance dahil sa FS…pinoy nga naman… very evident ang pagka ma ingitin kaya hanggang ngayon wala pareng asenso ang bayan!

bottomline, francswiss is a scam, a gamble…& people who will invest should be aware already about this. there’s no problem on this bec the money being invested is with the owner’s consent. what needs to be ensured is that those recruiting other people to invest should tell them upfront what the investment is all about…that it is a scam and a gamble…i have friends who have invested already and they know upfront what this is all about. they are not enticing people via panloloko. they recruit by orienting the people as it is…that it is a scam and anytime the money might be lost. i see no problem with such business opportunity, i’m more concern on the manner of recruitment esp those people who sugarcoats during recruiting. @whitefox – totally agree with you! ok nga lang siguro na nangyari na rin to, so that other FS investors who are recruiting indiscriminately would stop doing so. good thing about the people who told me about this business, they laid all the cards down before I decided to join. i still have my investments in place but have already earned much more than $1K. pero hopefully, when this “storm” passes, anjan pa rin FS. a lot of people i know (myself included) has high hopes on this business. Tuloy-tuloy na to!!! And to those who are still hell-bent in putting a stop on this, kayo ba di nyo pinayayaman mga amo nyo??? buti nga dito alang amo.

gusto ko lang sabihin sa mga francswiss investor na kayo ang may crab mentality especially those who are actively recruiting. you all perfectly know this is a scam. that this is a local site done by locals masquerading as an offshore investment house. i should know because i legitimately invest in other financial instruments and work in a foreign bank. knowing this, you still get other people’s legitimate money and claim them as your own. nagpapasahan pasahan lang kayo ng pera and u still defend this as investing?? what happens when the scam falls through? some of u might have made money, but more people would have lost theirs. sino ngayon ang may crab mentality? would you do anything to get ahead in life including taking other people’s money? hopefully filipinos wise up and invest their money in legitimate funds. ang hirap sa atin, we all want to get rich quick, to take the easy way out. huwag naman sana natin lalong bigyan ng problema ang pilipinas.

I’m still working on SEC right now. what can i do? i’m not the one making the decisions. they make decisions basing on their own interest(madamut kasi pera head ng SEC). ano gusto mo gagwin ko? i-presenta ko yung sarili ko dun para ako ang breaking news sa TVpatrol? “the 1st FS investor na nahuli” Scammer, before i joined FS, i know it will not last long. i know that 4.5% is too high but what the heck? i also knew that these kind of schemes pays their investor/members in their early months of operation. so nung nalaman ko na 2 weeks pa lang FS, sumugal ako. alam mo scammer, FS is paying us using the money of our dowlines or the new recruits for the company. when i invested, i didn’t invite anyone kasi hindi ko gusto mandamay ng ibang tao. i know how these kind of schemes work. usually, ang kawawa dito ung pinaka huling investors. i only grab oppurtunities when i see them. like EAindex, kumita ako nun mahigit 300K sa 100K kong investment, kasi nga nauna ako. i didn’t invite anyone. masama ba ung gusto mo lang kumita ng extra aside from ur salary?at isa pa, i work at SEC but i have no power to hold such media publicity regarding FS. To all FS investors: Let’s just be optimistic, let’s hope that FS site will be back soon. and will pay us our interest. let’s also hope that all those media bullshit will stop. as of now, we can’t do nothing but wait. or we can kill my Boss!

• bumili sila ng software na syang magpapatakbo ng automatic calculations of e-points.
• pinaganda nila ang website – para magmukang gawa sa singapore and US but hindi tutuo yan, gawa lang yan ditto.
• Then, kunyari bumili sila ng e-points sa Singapore at US at dinala dito sa pinas. ang tutuo nyan, hindi sila naglabas ng pera. madali lang gawin ang first 1 million epoints sa system na gamit nila. then binenta nila ito sa mga networkers $1.00 per 1 e-point, eh di kumita kaagad sila ng $1,000,000.00 (or P47,000,000.00). bilis kita noh?. simple calculation lang yan but they can actually make as much as e-points as they want. Then sell it to people. Eh diba 8 sila? So they had 1million e-points each. Ganun kadali gumawa ng business na ito. May friend ako na marunong gumawa ng web at alam nya paano ang operations ng system na ito, pero ayaw nya syempre magsimula ng kalokohan na ganito.
3. then next, yung mga bumili ng 1000 e-points (mga na-recruit) will earn 4.5 percent a day so they will earn more e-points a day (FSDI). Kunyari dollars yun $45 a day. So padami ng padami ang epoints nila para ibenta din sa ibang downlines.

Para doon sa mga matatalo kung sakaling wala na ang Francswiss, baka puede niyong hingin ang talo niyo dun sa mga nagsasabing kumita na sila. Sa kanila napunta pera niyo. Tingnan natin kung ibabalik nila pera niyo. Para naman hindi sumama ang tingin niyo sa mga ‘investment’ na ganito.

Unfortunately, I’m not expecting any good in this. Kaya maraming foreign investors ang hindi pa rin maconsider ang philippines as an investment site is mainly because of people like those who have posted negative remarks here calling FS investors as morons and stupid etc. If ever the site does not comeup anymore, it just proves to show that Filipinos would definitely not progress any further until everyone changes. Until everyone accepts others good faith and help others instead of dragging successful people down because of envy and greed!!!

When I joined FS i am aware of the risks pero sumugal pa rin ako because i thought it will also last for months kagaya ng SwissCash which lasted for 2 years in Malaysia. Unfortunately, I realized that I am not in Malaysia, I’m in the Philippines where people love to watch somebody fall down and laugh at them! Hayy buhay…. I never recruited, I just want the daily interest pero walang dumating. Goodbye $1000….. I hope makaalis na rin kami sa bansang ito…..

The END doesn’t justify the MEANS, If you believe that gaining lots of money in the expense of other people loosing theirs then its your own principle. I’m just an observer, It is not a matter if its a scam or not, it is living with yourself and spending the money you got with a clear conscience. Just ask yourself if you were in his/her shoes… some people believe in karma and some have no beliefs, some care and some don’t. If you can say to yourself that you are guilt free and be at peace and sleep soundly then you are ok but if you have any doubt and you feel the opposite then you have a big problem.

Hindi naman ako techno genius, but when i heard about FS, i did think twice, thrice and many times pa. I gambled my money and joined. After 23 days, i did get back my investment without any recruits. Is that pyramiding?I get to earn 45/day without recruiting. Now SEC is questioning its legality?an daming illegal na negosyong pumasok sa Pinas pero ano nga ba talaga ang protection ng SEC sa atin?I have not felt SEC or SECURITY at all.

before we can say if it’s legal or not, especially sa mga investment companies, dapat muna na malaman ng mga autorithies ang “financial background” at “cash flow” para sa mga pero na pumapasok sa isang investment company. Kung talagang legal ang francswiss in the first place, dapat muna nilang inuna ang legality papers nila dito sa pinas to protect their investors…
It’s not in the recruiting malalaman kung legal or hindi.. Hindi purkit nabawi mo yong pera mo kahit hindi nagrecruit, hindi na illegal.. As a matter of fact, mas dapat tayo ma.alarm dahil we can always question, “paano kaya ako nakakakita na wala nman akong ginagawa?” Of course, merong sagot dyan.. answer that will lead to another question until we will confess and convince ourselves that it is really is a scam.
Kung gusto nyo maglaro sa mga High Yield INvestment Programs, hanap na lang kayo ng mga investment programs sa internet – there you can play at your own risk at mas malaki ang chance na walang mangugulo na SEC sa inyo.

Francswiss.com has indeed helped a lot of people locally, most of the people I know have already saved up a lot of money and a good friend of mine already invested it on the expansion of his physical business which I think is a good thing as I saw how it worked for him and is able to open up more jobs. Francswiss would have been big if it where not for the Goverment and ABS CBN as an institution as we all know as the biggest corruptors/crooks that destroyed an ingenious project that would have worked for the benefit of a lot of hard working pinoys out there. I am not an investor but I have seen how it worked and changed lives. Crab mentality is truly a filipino trait, sadly, with these attacks on Francswiss they are destroying a lot of peoples lives. I do not think the so called “leads” are full proof but instead bribed actors to support SEC and ABS to draw in the attention of more viewers. As for me, my view of everuthing … SEC does not have the right to tag francswiss as a scam nor does ABSCBN to spread out malicious and damaging words against something they don’t know. I am looking forward to the reports of ABSCBN this Saturday to see what they have to say, obviously the people who are bringing down the companyhave greater motives… and that is to get a slice of the pie. Again I am not an investor but I saw how it worked … and I am impressed. In the past 2 months some of my friends did achieve financial freedom, it is just a shame that the crooks and people that started this black propaganda denied many others to reach theyre goals. It is the investors hard earned money so why would you , me or anyone else care how they spend it. What we should be attacking is the Filipino goverment and all the people behind them, they are the real scam and crooks because unlike francswiss wherein you have a choice for them we dont have a choice, work and pay your taxes or else … It will take time for Filipinos to evolve, maybe never.

I Agree with Cancer, It did changed lives, my younger sister are from Davao but where forced to seek a call center job here in manila because in Davao, even if you work in a call center they pay less … provincial rate daw. We moved here in manila and both of us work in the same call center that pays just enough for our daily needs… at that time we only had a few money to send to our family back in Davao but never had enough for both me and my sister here in manila. We joined FS june because it has great promises. A lot of people told me it was a scam, but my sister and I cant pass the chance or prolong our curiosities, we joined … it lasted for a month and a half we invested 2kusd … our savings for 2 yrs in manila, we where surprised and pleased that the money kept on comming in. Francswiss is no longer here because of the attention it attacted which is sad. But we are not sorry we joined fs. My sister and I live in a better condo unit closer to work, we bought a 2nd hand car so we can be safe driving to work instead of taking the bus at night. We sent money to our parents enough to pay the family debt including our house in Davao wich our parents where unable to pay for the past 20 years, our youngest sister will have more than enough tution for the next 3-4 years. We have more than enough money for my sister and I here in manila … We are planning on putting the excess money to open up a small botique in megamall … Now I can practice my course … fashion design and earn. Why am I sharing this to all the readers. Because it changed our lives, our family… I think fs is a classic robinhood case. Steals from the rich and gives to the poor, and SEC – the sherrif of nottingham the real villain in all this. And the ignorant people who really goes out of theyre way to bring down fs. I felt I had to share this to all the readers out there not to encourage them to invest but to let them know that it worked, maybe thousands of people like me made money in a short time, thats better than any Goverment agency trying to solve poverty in the country. As for my younger sister, she never finished college in Ateneo de Davao because we dont have enough back then, I am enrolling her next sem in Ateneo de Manila to finish her college, I asked her to resign from work she deserves better. I am still working for a call center but I work to earn more and not because we need to or we starve. SEC … havent you guys stolen enough money from people who want to get more?. FS was truly amazing while it lasted, hate us investors all you want, thats is very “pinoy” I would hate FS investors too if I had not joined the group but then again I will be miserable and naive knowing that the tought will never leave my mind for not joining. GOVERNMENT agents yesterday announced they have busted an international Internet-based pyramiding syndicate with the arrest of one of the group’s officials in Baguio City this week.
In a press briefing, National Bureau of Investigation Director Nestor Mantaring identified the suspect as Eleazard Castillo, a.k.a. Eli, a native of Pug-os, Cabuyao, Ilocos Sur, and the chief financial adviser of FrancSwiss Investments or FS Investment, which built its Web page at http://www.francswiss.biz.com.
Mantaring said the hunt was on for the other suspects, identified as Jaime “Jimpol” Poliquit of Davao City; Garry Espiritu of Metro Manila; an alias Jomar of Fairview, Quezon City; Edwin Sendana of Pasig City; Edward Ricalde of Pampanga; and Chris Erabon of Baguio City.
The NBI chief also identified the suspects’ foreign partners as Roger Smith, an American who heads the FrancSwiss Investment in the Asia-Pacific region; and Raymond Chua and Bensy Fong, both Singaporeans.
The arrest was made possible after Frederico Olarte, Glen Manuel Sunga and Philip Fernando asked the NBI National Capital Region for help after they were duped of $1,000 each.
The NBI’s head for Metro Manila, Ruel Lasala, said the three victims were enticed to invest with the company, which promised that their $1,000 would earn a daily interest of 4.5 percent, and gain an extra 10 percent if they recruited other investors.
The victims said they had a meeting with Castillo at a coffee shop along Ortigas Avenue, where he introduced Poliquit, Erabon, Jomar and Espiritu as financial advisers.
Castillo told them FS Investment was under a Swiss mutual fund, and that it was run by Smith, Chua and Fong and their Filipino counterparts.
The three victims agreed to invest $1,000 each but received no receipt. They were told the confirmation details would be posted on the company’s Web site instead.
Olarte, who received a trading account, said he could see his money grow on the Web site every day, but when he tried to withdraw his earnings, his bank account did not reflect any deposits. He was then told he could only withdraw his earnings if he recruited two more investors.
When he realized FS Investment was a pyramid scam, Olarte went to the NBI for help.
Agents sent a trap and captured Castillo in a restaurant in downtown Baguio City.
Lasala said the operation was a Ponzi scheme, named after the American swindler who duped thousands of people out of their money in New England in the 1920s.
These schemes eventually collapsed, Lasala said, leaving the victims with nothing.
Olarte faces estafa charges.
Mantaring appealed to other victims of the fake investment house to come forward and identify the suspects.
Lasala said he believed the group had cheated people of up to P1 billion since their operations started in March.
“They started their operation in Malaysia but it was banned there, [so] they shifted to Singapore and our country,” Lasala said. Jing Villamente

I think maglalast pa for a week ang contract ng mga nagbayad sa mga tv network na ito these include channel 2 at magpapahuli b naman ang 7 para paginitan ng husto ang francswiss , but I tell you parang marcos hidden wealth lang yan for few months tapos na ang usapin kumita na ang mga dapat kumita that’s include top officials from sec, nbi, at ang mga tv network na ito. Before I start, I would like to say that I am not a member/Investor of FrancSwiss.
ABS-CBN has reported this new pyramiding business of FrancSwiss which follows the so-called Ponzi scheme which promises higher returns than investors in other businesses.
Most people call it a scam. I believe that some or most of the investors at FrancSwiss also knows that its a form of a Scam
yet they joined the business.
Is the Pinoy BigBrother business of ABS-CBN also a form of a SCAM? Where millions of Filipino people are encouraged to vote their favorite housemate via texting and giving them a chance to win some prizes. This scheme also collect millions of pesos from Filipino people. And who is getting richer? The texter or the Network? In my opinion, this is also a form of “money making” (SCAM) because they entice the Filipino people to text and offer prizes such as House & lot, Motorcycle, Money, etc. Do you think ABS-CBN and other Network will continue doing this texting scheme if they will not gain from this business?
I will NOT consider this as a form of a SCAM if they just encourage people to vote via texting without offering prizes. Which means that the people who joined in their texting really voted/texted willingly in the program without thinking/hoping of anything in return such as prizes.
Texting to TV programs such as PBB, Deal or No Deal is a form of BETTING in hidden form because there are prizes involved and the customers are the millions of Filipinos that may include minors (age below 18). For me, this is a form of gambling in “high-tech form” nowadays. The government is stopping illegal gambling such as Jueteng, Jai-Alai, etc., because of its bad effect to the poor people. Yet they are blind to this high-tech money making scheme that even a 7-year old kid can place his bet by just texting.
Now my question to you guys is how do you define in your own perception of the word SCAM? What’s your opinion guys?

kung mawala FS at malugi ang mga nag-invest, di naman sa mga non-investor sisingilin ang pagkawala ng pera/investment… malinaw na inggit lang talaga ang umiiral eh… sus!

Ang batas dito sa Pinas butas-butas, kaya yung mga taong apektado na di naman investor walang sinisigaw kundi “illegal”… mga toyo pala kayo, ung numero unong illegal nasa malakanyang… “Helloooo, Garci”….

Let’s just all pray that FS will be back soon. Its sad to hear nga lang na for sure, malaki na naman tax ang huhuthutin sa atin ng govt. Advise ko na rin sa mga FS investors, wag nyo na patulan ang mga non investors na palingkero at palingkera. Let us not stoop down to their level. Gutom lang siguro yan, tirik na mga mata nyan dahil wala na silang maloko sa mga networking schemes nila. I myself muntik na maloko ng First Quadrant dati. Sila ang talagang namimilit to death. Dadaanin ka sa bilis. May I abono pa sila para bigla ka na lang pumirma sa contract. Its a good thing that I did not fall into their trap. Nag-isip at nagtanong muna ako sa mga nag-invest na. There I found out na tirik na mata ng mga nag invest. Its a real pyramiding, kasi pag wala ka naloko este na recruit, goodbye na yung initial investment mo. Pambili mo na lang ng mga bag at sapatos nila na “products of Rustan” daw(allow me to raise my eyebrows). Tayo kasi, if they call it recruiting, we do it in a subtle way in the form of a mere conversation, right? Never tayo namilit and right, ako, hindi ako nagre recruit, but I still earn my daily $45. my friend in Davao is trying to convince me to invest. but from the first time she asked me, sounds too good to be true. so, i made some research until this issue came on tv and papers. so, i finally made up my mind… kawawa na man yong huling recruit. so i just told her to stop recuiting na lang.
basta ako FS is too good to be true. i would rather invest my money in an offshore bank account…very safe and I can get compensation pa if ever something happen to the bank-which is impossible kasi they are a GIANT bank.

I am one of the many who invested at FS, I never recruited any of my friends or relatives since at the onset I knew for a a fact that this is a Ponzi, but I just took the risk and not involved any of my close friends and relatives.
Realistically speaking for now, I doubt if FS will be back anytime soon or they wont be back at all. Maybe we can all learn from this, there are a lot of people in our country that are willing to bite the bullet to get a better life, since the govt are the one getting all the fun from our earnings.
For all the people that are against FS, we cant blame you. That’s the filipino culture, maybe your relatives, friends, even your GF/BF or spouse invested at FS under your nose.
Let’s all hope for the best.

I’m an investor of Francswiss. I invested $ 1,000 just this end of June. It was going smoothly until ABS-CBN entered the picture. Now I don’t know what will happen to my investment. You may say that I am a victim, but not of Francswiss but a victim of ABS CBN and thier BIAS reporting. Why do I say this? Simple. There are other HYIP in the country like SM FUND to name one, so how come ABS-CBN is only targeting Francswiss? How come? ABS-CBN is only reporting the arrest of a certain ELY and other negative things but you’re not giving any comforting news to the INVESTORS who ABS-CBN is claiming as the victims here. What are the authorities doing to get our money back? To tell you frankly, the money I invested in Francswiss was my last savings and I just want to know what moves ABS CBN and the authorities doing to get my money back?
I hope ABS CBN and the Authorities can clarify these issues since you were the the ones who started all this publicity. I just want my money back.

They say Thursday mag-UP ang FS website, others say it will run 3-4weeks bago ma-legalize ang FS with the “taxes” and all. Which is which? Kira, oo nga. Di naman nabanggit pangalan nya sa FS na nag-invest sya. Pero me narinig ako na si Mon Tulfo, is interested in investing, dunno kung natuloy. At saka yung Calderon sa PNP, nag-invest daw. And there are at least 67 ABSCBN employees who invested at FS. Kaya ganun na lang ang gigil ng Ch. 2. Baka kasi magsiyaman mga employees nila at layasan na si Lopez. Di kaya mga downline ni Korina Sanchez ang 67 na yun? Or ni Julius Babao? Sino ba nauna sa kanila?

We have seen a lot of news about fs, we’ve also seen people caught by nbi. FS and the govt is discussing about the filing of sec certification w/c would take 3-4 weeks. After filing the required docs the site will be up again.
FYI lang, this is A-1 information: doyee tumpalan of first quadrant/vita plus ang nagpa media sa fs since naubos ang tao nila nung lumipat sa fs (mike defensor is his brother-in-law). Si bengco naman ng load xtreme ang tumira dun sa mga names na nasa list ng nbi (lahat sila e former top netwrokers ng load xtreme na lumipat din ng fs). Meron pang isang prominent guy na taga euro american index na tumitira sa fs.
For now, wait and see muna tayong lahat. Hinihintay din ng lahat na magbigay ng statement sina roger smith (US) and raymond chua & bensy fong (singapore) since sila ang mga owners ng fs.

well. I guess those who invested at FS knows what risk is, some of them even says that when they placed their investment there, they considered it gone. lucky for others they got their money back and some gain at least. it doesnt matter how they got it, the bottomline is they earned.
most of you will agree, that you invested your money that you can afford to lose. investment whether legit or not, is still a gamble. a legit investment company cannot guarantee anything. usually a gambler have a lot of following.
even putting up your own business is a gamble. sabi nga ng isang well-known businessman, “sa negosyo walang lugi, malulugi ka lang the moment you stop.”
i didnt say that you invest again to another web investment like FS, but definitely it will be your decision. its a matter of choice.
And every individuals decision should be respected by other people, its your money. pag kumita ka, ikaw din naman ang makikinabang. pag natalo, ikaw din yun. At least no one is to blame, that’s life.

i have read a book not so long ago concerning the twist of time and the changes in the way people make and earn their money. Let me start from four (4) different quadrants. first are the Employees “you have a job” which they sell their time in exchange of money 15/30 as they say. Second is Self-employed “you own a job” in which they own a job like the professionals like doctors engineers, lawyers etc. the third is Business “you own a system and people are working for you”. The fourth is Investors “money is working for you”. In the first and second quadrant, they are seeking for what we call “security” in which actually there is no security in life, only oportunity. However, on the third and fourth quadrant, they seek ” freedom”. Sad to say more than 90% are on the first and the second quadrant and less than 10% are on on the third and fourth quadrant. Now why am i discussing you this?The majority of our population do not quite understand because they belong to the first and second quadrant only in which they are brainwashed by this kind of mentality. Many people do not realize that we have to seek for freedom instead of security. Crab mentality is a decease that pinoys have not yet been healed and it must be stopped. that is the main reason that FS is being attacked, because of their alterior motives, they just destroy the intensions of FS and that is freedom. Also year 2000 and below is the industrial age and year 2000 and above is the information age, that is why internet is born and with this tool, we can leverage our capability, whether financial, mental and alike so in the information age i beleive that mr ponsi is way ahead of his time. what i mean is that during his time and capability (no computers, calculators yet) versus population,it is limited and compared to our time now, i think mr ponzi is right and has proven his point in the information age about his scheme. Pyramid as a structure is harmless, whats wrong with it? FS is the eye opener to future investments on to freedom….GO FS GO

Francswiss ‘exec’ sues NBI for ‘illegal arrest,’ ‘grave abuse’
An “executive” of an alleged Internet-based investment scam that may have duped victims of P1 billion has lodged a complaint against government agents who arrested him last week.
Radio dzBB reported Friday that Jomarc dela Paz filed charges against the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) for arresting him without a warrant and keeping him for more than 36 hours.
The report said Dela Paz filed suit against the NBI for alleged llegal arrest, kidnapping, and grave abuse of authority.
Dela Paz, who was released earlier this week, said he was a victim of the scam himself, as he had “invited” his in-laws to invest in the Francswiss investment firm.
He lodged the complaint against the NBI-NCR unit before the Ombudsman, through his lawyers Arturo delos Reyes and Leo Garra.
Dela Paz claimed the NBI agents who arrested him took $2,500 and P80,000 cash in his car, along with checks and a cell phone.
He claimed the agents also demanded P2 million from him in exchange for his freedom, and that he paid an initial amount of P500,000.

AT first i thought FS is a legal business,pero PYRAMIDING pala.hindi ba kayo takot na malok lang ung pera ny?kc walang product eh.Hindi atulad ng SA first Quadrant AT firs vita plus na kahit hindi ka mag-network eh kikita ka pa rin kc of good quality talaga ang mga products.papano nyo inisip na sa FS walang product maganda ang kabuhayan.ang tanong ko,ano ba ang imamarket mo pag walang product?di ba pag sinabing BIZNIZ,dapat merong mga product na iniindorse?..
